He finally arrived!

I woke up about 2:00 AM on Monday January 16.  I wasn't sure if I was in "real" labor or if it was the same contractions I was having for the past 2-3 weeks.  After about 1 hour I decided they were the real thing and called mom to come watch A while Cook and I went to the hospital. I woke Cook up around 3:15 and instead of ok let's go to the hospital. I got "umm 5 more minutes"...WTH!! He finally gets up and we arrive at the hospital around 4:00 after triage they decided I'm at 5 cm. Time for the epidural....only someone decided to come during the process. 5:37AM 6 pounds 14 oz and 20 inches long in all his glory mini Cook was born....with only 4 pushes :) happy momma since the epidural didn't have time to work.

We had a rough start to the Christmas break, A was in the hospital for 2 days for wheezing however she recovered in record time and was back to her wide open self!
